Baseball should change the intentional walk rule. If a player is intentionally walked, they take second base. If a player is walked intentionally or otherwise in extra innings, they take second base. Pitchers should have to pitch to great batters a great batter should have to face a great pitcher. These walks kill the game and hurt fandom. @MLB @Dodgers @BlueJays
