@JBLaudio we need a better USBC earphones here in LATAM than the 310C, they sound kinda meh, you can do much better, I'd pay double if the audio quality is doubled and the plug is hopefully replaceable, but not a must, mostly audio quality

@JBLaudio Ok that person was useless! My headphones should never be in monotone who would even need this feature and it shouldn't be v the default. Also i should be able to control this feature with a simple on/off mono switch in app no? Who do I contact?

@JBLaudio 7 months into buying SB590 soundbar and already motherboard has been replaced. Now it has stopped working again n I’m told the connector needs to be replaced. I’m wondering which all parts will require replacement in the coming months. Thank god for the 1 year warranty
