@ICICIBank_Care called relationship Manager at 930am expecting a call back in 10mins. Nothing yet. Called bank thrice again, spoke to three different relationship managers (since mine went missing) and they put me on never ending holds.. some experience for wealth customers!!

@JBLaudio 7 months into buying SB590 soundbar and already motherboard has been replaced. Now it has stopped working again n I’m told the connector needs to be replaced. I’m wondering which all parts will require replacement in the coming months. Thank god for the 1 year warranty

@AjioCares services are extremely poor 1. Deliver wrong product but still deduct the convenience fee (waiting for call back on the issue) 2. Sell bad quality product. Griffel T-shirt bought 15 days back has print coming off already (image attached). Extremely disappointing!!

@AjioCares order FN4496709257. I’m delivered a wrong product. On return, I’m informed convenience fee is not refundable. How does that make any sense!! Fee is minimal but understand my effort in initiating return and then re-placing order for a new T-shirt and pay the fee again.

@zomatocare @zomatocare Incredible! Now a delayed order is forced on the customers. I called to cancel the order with refund immediately after posting this message and I’m told a refund is not possible. I’ll have to bear complete cancellation cost. What sort of extortion is this!!

@zomatocare @zomato delayed deliveries have become the norm at Zomato. Customer experience doesn’t matter anymore. Sharing screenshots of my last couple of deliveries. Every second order is delayed, you’re threatened with cancellation penalties if you don’t want delayed order!!

@zomatocare @zomatocare Another day and another delayed order (#7128016670) This has become a common thing at Zomato now. @Swiggy one black program is pretty good that ways delivering order on time. Big mistake using Zomato again, customer satisfaction is not their thing now.

Biggest mistake to opt for Qubo dashcam from Hero Group (@HeroMotoCorp) I’ve been waiting for technician to attend my installation request for 4 days now, getting random excuses for delay. Such poor service and they charge 1800 for installation. Already regretting my decision!!

@AdidasIndia these are just one year later. Bought these for my daughter from @AJIOLife last year in April/ May and already the sole has started coming off in both shoes. How has the quality become so poor that the shoes are just about surviving one year! Extremely disappointing.

@SamsungIndia service reference number 4414889816 has been pending for more than 24hrs now. Engineer calls and fixes time but doesn’t turn up. Have been making constant follow ups but nothing so far. Not the sort of service experience I’d expected. This is highly disappointing!

@Hyatt_India so at Hyatt Amritsar, it’s well 30mins past check in time, the hotel is unable to provide a room. I’ve never seen such state of affairs at other hotel @Hyatt good idea to check in the service levels here in india, the hotels here are not doing good to your brand name

@Hyatt_India extremely disappointing experience at check-in at Hyatt Amritsar. Took 25mins after which I’m told the rooms are not ready. Traveling with toddlers, it’s very difficult managing their patience levels & such services don’t help. Below expectations! Not a good start

@kchugh for me Kathi rolls have always meant Nizam’s. Nothing’s ever came close, but to see the standards fall so drastically is extremely disappointing. My kathi roll today had a cockroach and it spoiled my dinner. It just scares me to order again, got no trust now.

@SwiggyCares ordered paneer patties for kids and got delivered stale, bad stench patties. My kids were disgusted. Expecting a refund, I’m told refund for only one patty is possible. Does that make any sense!! I’m ordering from Swiggy so you have responsibility, can’t shirk away

@AjioCares delivered wrong product (Order FN6484602323). On return, platform fee is deducted from product’s price. How does it make sense? Why am I being penalized for your fault delivering wrong product? Fine getting the product I ordered in exchange, but that’s not available!!

@gonoise masterbud prebooking is a pretty good scam. It’s been smartly advertised to say prebooking for 999 will reduce the price from 7999 to 5999 during sale. It’s actually paying 999+5999 (6998), just 1k discount, not 2k which is what they want you to believe at prebooking
