@maxmarchione BPC-157 and TB-500 helped me avoid surgery a couple years ago. That’s what got me addicted to peptides.

If you’re not taking creatine daily, at least 5 grams but ideally 10-15 grams, then you’re missing out! Ideally choose a German-based source (like Creapure) over the China-based sources.

We just published the largest review of creatine for brain health. Increased brain creatine levels may function as a buffer to metabolic stress leading to neurological benefits. Doses >5g/day are likely required for brain benefits.

@ChefGruel Would it be same process for gluten free pasta. That seems to cook a little different.

Stop boiling and rinsing pasta. You’re dumping flavor down the drain. This one-pan sausage & rigatoni cooks the pasta in the sauce, so the starch thickens everything and the flavor gets built in from the first stir. It's rich and creamy with fewer dishes. open.substack.com/pub/andrewgrue…

Some quick thoughts about the energy drink category and how it relates to $CELH Last week @BevInsights reported that the energy drink category grew by 11.3% in 2023 which is much higher than the 8-9% annual increase that most investors/experts have been forecasting. This means the energy drink category is growing 3x faster than the coffee/tea category, if this trend continues it means the TAM in 5-10 years will be much larger than previously expected. Global energy drink revenues should be around $100 billion in 2023, growing at 8.5% per year it means they would double to $200+ billion by 2032. I don't know the 2023 growth numbers outside the US but I'd be surprised if they are as high as 11.3% YoY, so it's possible the non-US energy drink market only grew 8-9% in 2023 so the global energy drink market is probably closer to 10% YoY. If this market is growing at 10% per year it means we get to $200 billion in 2030 and could see $240+ billion in 2032. Keep in mind that the 11.3% being reported by BevInsights is coming from Nielsen which is tracking the retail sales channel, it's not tracking Amazon (where $CELH is now #1) or Costco (where $CELH is now #1) or any of the food service channels where $PEP is getting $CELH lots of new distribution. $CELH dropped -12% on Friday after the BofA analyst lowered their rating from buy to hold but kept the price target at $65. There's no way the stock dropped this much off that report. I have a pretty good idea of why the stock dropped but I'm not going to post it on Twitter until I have confirmation. What I will say is the analyst needs to go back to 8th grade and take some math classes because it's mathematically impossible for a company like $CELH to lose market share in a category where they're growing 8x faster than the category.
