Attitude is a choice. You can’t choose what happens to you but you will choose your response to it. The quality of your response will determine your quality of life. No one & no thing can tank your attitude w/o your permission.

Becoming the best version of yourself starts with getting better today, tomorrow, and the next day. Don't worry about "best" or comparing yourself to others... just focus on "getting better" every day.
