Me… watching Kouri Richin trial on this fine Tuesday…. WTF is happening? This defense atty is a piece of work. Her favorite reply to the court is “I don’t understand.” You know what I don’t understand? How the judge is tolerating your behavior.

Kouri Richin giving the judge her dead eye stare while he discusses the audio recordings is just creepy. I hope he has some holy water or something to get that bad mojo off of him.

Things I think about while watching the Kouri Richin trial. I wish I knew how to photoshop red horns on top her head… Her eyes give me the creeps… It’s like she’s dead inside. I wonder if the jury is seeing what I’m seeing 🤔

Kouri Richin’s defense team has decided the best defense is to base their cross on the old Abbott & Costello skit “Who’s on First” Confuse everyone so they loose track of the story.

What I find most interesting in the Kouri Richins case (other than the fact that her google searches scream guilty) is the blatant attempt by the defense attorneys to say the witness said something during direct that they did not. Why is prosecution not objecting?

Here are the facts: the 7 states where 2/3 of Americans don't have a passport. All of them are red states: West Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Yes, that's your home state, Scott. Married women whose married names aren't on their birth docs would face extra hurdles. Just because you don't care, doesn't mean it isn't a real issue. It took 17 years for Real ID (with similar citizenship requirements in some states) to actually be implemented in the US. Do YOU think that's because Americans are "too dumb" to figure it out? Oh and BTW, according to the SAVE ACT, most Real IDs wouldn't count.
