Really disappointed @cvspharmacy and @PAMF. Daughter is extremely allergic to milk, doctor prescribed a med that contains lactose. She reacted badly to it. CVS asked me to research meds that don’t contain lactose. Patients shouldn’t have to do pharmacists jobs. Unacceptable

@cvspharmacy Today I left my last prescription at CVS. After I pick it up, I will never enter another one. I’m disgusted with their poor customer service they blame on being “under staffed.” Considered taking it to another pharmacy but it’s evening & I’m tired. All ready moved prescriptions

@cvspharmacy Horrible experience at 1396 2nd Ave in Manhattan. U filled my Rx but lost it. Kept me in store more than 30 minutes. They had to refill it. Pharmacy is extremely disorganized with Rxs all over the place. I've never seen it this poor. Need to speak to someone.
