@cvspharmacy I just went to CVS in Yorktown heights. Man was power washing your exterior. When I finished shopping the only way to exit was thru the front door water was dripping didn’t think much of it. The water had bleach and ruined my t shirt. Called store and put on hold

@cvspharmacy is now implementing a self serve system where the only thing the people behind the counter do is ring you up. Meaning if you know a person's name and DOB, you can press a button saying you're picking up for them. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

@cvspharmacy I recently had a friend that was given the wrong medication… A medication that treats low blood pressure. When confronted the pharmacist acted very nonchalantly and mentioned that the paperwork would be a hassle. Is this how CVS works with its patients?
