Hey @cvspharmacy how come is it every time I go to your 24 hour Rochester Hills Michigan location I get followed around like if I’m some criminal yet when I go in there with my white partner, nobody does anything. And it’s always after midnight.

Hey @cvspharmacy … Sonoma, CA store (#9152) has no air conditioning. It’s 80° in the store right now! I don’t know for sure, but that may be higher than some prescription medicine is supposed to be stored at! Employees were quite friendly for as hot as it was in the store.

@cvspharmacy My Dr. sent 8 prescriptions 2CVS-2505 Santa Monica-I had 2switch from Walgreens that I used 4decades-went from private-2Medicare-The pharmacist was so rude-originally filled 3 of the 8 medications-I received a preauthorization on the 4th-When I called CVS 2check status-pharmacist said she was NOT going 2dispense any of the 8 medications-Not even the 4 that were ready 4pickup-I would rather pay Walgreens 2fill my medications-I’ll NEVER use CVS

@cvspharmacy It's so incredibly hot in your kingston pa store and they had me wait longer than usual so the pharmacist could tell me something I already knew. I almost left without my meds but as a heart patient I can't miss doses. I'll be shopping for a new pharmacy asap.

And @cvspharmacy strikes again. Every formula my doc calls in they say, “isn’t covered”, from cough syrup to albuterol inhaler. Then they run goodRx & you have to pull around & get back in line to save $2 bc they already processed it under a diff label… why is this so scammy?

@cvspharmacy I feel like I am out of options and need to change pharmacies. For days, I check the CVS mobile app and receive texts that my insulin is out of stock and has been ordered. Today, the app states I didn’t pick it up and it has been restocked.
