Unless and until women grow up and ground their sense of self esteem in answering to their super ego rather than their simple neurotransmitters they will forever feel weak and cope by externalizing a comparison to the performance of men. It hedges self esteem by performing some task “better” than someone else to confer some kind of competence value or others to the tribe. This way they don’t have to do what’s truly uncomfortable and unpleasant, and rationalize themselves in the category of “at least not the worst” which is a *close enough* heuristic for value according to hunter gatherer instinctive low IQ reasoning. Yet once the feeling of one task wares off they have to prove themselves again and the cycle repeats, never truly ameliorating their self esteem. The pleasure principle is too overwhelming and tells them they’ll die if they don’t answer it, an urgency women are particularly sensitive to. The answer for them entails making contact with the sovereign self and super ego through discipline.
