@eschaubz Also, move your body, preferably outside. So a long walk or a swim in the sea or outdoor pool. Connecting with nature in motion really helped me and still does.

@eschaubz This is simple but has proved to be hugely effective: keep a Happiness Log. I take a notebook everywhere & write down everything from 'enjoyed a coffee in the sunshine' to 'put the laundry away'. It all adds up & it's lovely to read back because you can see that it's not all bad.
