On the 10.30am train to Newcastle today and met the delightful Hayley in the buffet car who went out of her way to find me gluten free and vegan food. Delivered to my table by Darren! @LNER

@lner How can this train to Lincoln be cancelled ‘because of a fault on a train’ when that train is going to get as far as Newark Northgate? Do you now employ psychics who can tell that the train (which hasn’t departed King’s Cross yet) will be faulty once it arrives at Newark?

Hi @LNER I can buy a ticket and reserve a seat on EDB - KGX services on Friday 11th September, but can't just reserve a seat. Seems odd! Get the same message on app and website.
