@gmisserlis refunds are processed by check and handled by our partner PMCI - they should arrive in 4-6 weeks as stated.

@lockitron @kickstarter @Indiegogo now I wait and see if it takes 6 years to receive the refund, in whatever form it might take!

wow @lockitron - crowdfunded it back in April 2013. Never received a device. Had written it off along with many @kickstarter and @Indiegogo campaigns where I've never received a product or refund. Today, almost 6 yrs later - an email offering a full refund! wow! #crowdfunding

@lockitron is this real or is somebody acting like they’re Lockitron to get personal details? I thought my refund went through ~2 years ago, so this is a confusing email to receive.

@michaelwolf @davezatz Having made both, I can say replacements are significantly more reliable than retrofits. Support costs for locks are higher than for video. Reliability then is make or break.

@dmclap Bolt doesn’t have a WiFi stack and isn’t vulnerable. Bridge uses TLS and app layer encryption above WPA. Investigating with our WiFi vendor.
