@Instacart @InstacartHelp I followed the instructions on how to edit and remove items on an order placed and the edit didn’t update successfully as proven by the agent I spoke to. Had to call. She said there would be a recalculating charge. Not fair.

@NYCTSubway is there any reason why no one is addressing the dangerous and dirty conditions at the 5 ave 59 street station I have reported? Is there someone else I can notify? I’m tired of walking through water and soaking my shoes. Two weeks now.

@NYCTSubway hello. I reported a large puddle on the top of the steps on the plaza side of the fifth avenue 59 street station. Jut past the Omni machines.its been there for two weeks. Still there. It’s very dangerous and messy. It’s deep as well.
