@qatarairways confirming 20/10 that their “concerned team” is actioning a refund request that was placed in September. Today 16/11 still no refund and customer support says it was never requested. @qatarairways this is fraud!

@qrsupport @qatarairways absolutely unacceptable service for your business class passengers. Requested a refund in September, was told by your team it will take 28 days to process. Called your company 10 times. 50 days later still no refund! #criminal

Numerous flight cancellations by @qatarairways from Belgium to Australia. Not only does @qatarairways bump you off the flight, they also hold your funds for more than 3 weeks after cancellation. Does anyone else think this is robbery?

It has been 1 month and still no refund. @qatarairways making money on the refunds they hold back for weeks on end.
