I take this personally.
I care deeply about what kind of country is handed to the next generation.
That is why I find the Green budget so offensive.
Chlöe Swarbrick and the Greens published a budget that takes net core Crown debt to about $278.6 billion.
That is about $44.5 billion more debt than the comparison track in their own budget.
And that is their polished version.
In the real world it would likely be worse.
This is what weak leadership looks like.
Consume more today.
Borrow more today.
Promise more today.
Then leave the next generation with the bill.
Debt is future tax.
Debt is future inflation.
Debt is future interest costs.
Debt is less freedom for the people who come after us.
I am not okay with that.

A study published in Nature's Climate and Atmospheric Science found that despite 70 years of rising CO2, Antarctica hasn't warmed.
Not even slightly.
The 'Polar Amplification Theory' claims rising CO2 should warm the poles fastest, due to feedback from melting ice and increased water vapor, which supposedly amplify the greenhouse effect.
But this isn't playing out.
Despite wild fluctuations in sea ice in recent years, from record highs to record lows in the space of a decade, Antarctica isn't warming.
The models may have melted the ice.
But reality didn't.

Une nouvelle demande d'accès à l'information révèle que des centaines de Canadiens sont décédés après avoir été vaccinés contre le COVID-19, la majorité d'entre eux dans les deux jours suivant des réactions graves.
Un dossier récemment rendu public en vertu de la Loi sur l'accès à l'information fournit une ventilation détaillée des rapports soumis au système national de surveillance de la sécurité des vaccins du Canada concernant les décès survenus à la suite de la vaccination contre le COVID-19.

A newly released file under the Access to Information Act provides a detailed breakdown of reports submitted to Canada’s national vaccine safety surveillance system involving deaths that occurred following COVID-19 vaccination. The 50-page release from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) contains individual level entries drawn from the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System (CAEFISS), covering reports recorded between March 1, 2020, and February 12, 2026. CAEFISS operates as a federal, provincial, and territorial collaboration, combining both passive and active surveillance. Healthcare providers, public health authorities, and, in some cases, patients family members contribute reports. The records list 314 cases in which an adverse event following immunization (AEFI) was reported with an outcome of death. Each entry includes the vaccine administered, reported symptoms, and the time between vaccination and onset of symptoms. It is important to note that fewer than 10 percent of vaccine-related adverse events are reported to health authorities, meaning that tens of thousands of cases were likely never documented. In addition, it has become widely known that many doctors feared reprisal if they reported vaccine injuries, which would further distort the true numbers. The vaccines referenced in the access to information file include those manufactured by Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikevax), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), and others authorized during the pandemic. Reported symptoms vary widely and include cardiac events such as myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest, neurological events such as stroke and seizures, and other conditions including respiratory failure, thrombosis, and multi-organ complications. According to the file, time to onset of reaction ranged from less than a day to several weeks or, in some cases, was listed as unknown.
