ok i didn't intend on this getting as many likes as it did whatsoever im not self diagnosing but i totally understand what the girl is talking about bc i do believe i experience the same kind of thoughts that literally take so much time from my life and affect my relationships

@FishboneHarp thats obvious but the difference is the frequency and intensity of these thoughts and feelings because it is absolutely not normal to have obsessive thoughts that are genuinely debilitating to ur life
