Weil jetzt einige schon wieder steil gehen: So eine zentrale personalisierte ID gibt es in Ländern wie Litauen, die als vorbildlich bei der Digitalisierung gelten, schon ewig. Nix George-Orwell-Kontrolle, sondern SEHR viel weniger Bürokratie.
