@hellojoni @SOCiME_ @solaci_online @smexcardiologia @AncisssteMx this was Echo guided infero-posterior puncture for LAAC so true FOP was puncture, we didnt expect this difficulty but it appears FOP was very fibrous. LAAC was done without complications. Patients was discharged 24 hrs latter.
