@H2OhTwist Agreed. Only hypothesis, joint could dislocate because their development needs correct innervation that they maybe do not have in SFN.

@msut Interesting. I don't doubt your findings...it matches anecdata in support groups.
But I question the hypothesis that SFN could beget hEDS.
Rather, more likely vice-versa. With a mast cell contribution IMO.
SNF can't dislocate joints, cause hernias, cracked teeth, etc.

Had they only run COMPASS-31 or a poor-man tilt to complete the picture.

In diesem Preprint wird der Zusammenhang von #hEDS und Small Fiber Neuropathie recht deutlich - nur bei 10% konnte die SFN in diesem Sample ausgeschlossen werden.
hEDS und SFN sind strukturelle Probleme, die auch bei #MECFS häufig sind.
