@jrlgs Reading a real book also helps for me. If I need sleep then I get drowsy in no time. Usually the mobile phone and the laptop are the problems for me.

@mszeles I'm gonna try relaxation or meditation at night. And see if that helps 😅

I randomly fell asleep... Again... Lol wtf brain 🧠 At least it wasn't a very long sleep 😅😅😅

@jrlgs I was sleeping 5 hours for weeks and I thought it is fine as I went to bed when I felt tired and I got up around 5 o'clock as I had ambitious goals had many things to do. I went on a relaxation training I realized the truth. I fell asleep during almost each relaxation session.

@mszeles I have been dealing with insomnia for a very long time. So I usually sleep 4-6 hrs. But I sometimes get very sleepy when I'm stressed seemingly at random. So much that I can't do anything else 😅
