My mom passed away late April. A death certificate and death notice are not sufficient for @MTNza to cancel her month to month contract - they need a doc from the Master's Office - which can take up to three months (or more!). In the meantime, they still bill a dead person.

@KerryHaggard @MTNza Go into a MTN branch fighting! My son was battling to cancel a contract, he hadn't even received the router, and they were making every excuse under the sun. I demanded the contact details of the CEO and all of a sudden it was quickly canceled!!! Fight!!!

. @DOJCD_ZA My attorneys have been trying for weeks to upload docs pertaining to my mom's estate, and get told to just keep on trying because the system is struggling. In the meantime, I cannot cancel her @MTNza contract without the document you need to issue. How is this right?

@KerryHaggard @MTNza MTN is the worst. Im still struggling to cancel their month to month contract because they telling me about weird amounts that make no sense. Im canceling the contract due to no service yet the still bill me. I took thier router to the store but was turned back on 2 occasions.
