I love Barack, the man is a class act. But what often gets overlooked in the praise he receives is the grit, tenacity, grace, and vision that Michelle brings to the table.

when Michelle said Barack has “stubborn optimism” I realized I also really want that in a partner. Somebody who isn’t moved by life’s shortcomings but ALWAYS sees the light at the end of the tunnel. That’s a true leader, not just of a country but a household. what a legacy.

@KerryHaggard @MTNza MTN is almost the most diabolical company right after Virgin Active… MTN once passed me around to over 40 customer service agents when I wanted to cancel a contract. And that was after I returned their router in person but they continued billing me for 4+ months.

My mom passed away late April. A death certificate and death notice are not sufficient for @MTNza to cancel her month to month contract - they need a doc from the Master's Office - which can take up to three months (or more!). In the meantime, they still bill a dead person.
