Six Southern African countries are cutting mobile roaming charges by as much as 98.6% as part of a regional effort to make cross-border communication cheaper and support digital trade. The agreement involves Botswana, Malawi, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe under the One Network Area framework.

Iran's non-state partners have been severely weakened (especially Hamas, Hezbollah as well). The one actor in the Axis of Resistance who is stronger now than in 2023: the Houthis. Ideologically, they are also deeply aligned with the Islamic Republic. So I fully expect the Houthis to join the war and target shipping in the Red Sea and launch missiles and drones on Israel, starting pretty much now. Israel will then no doubt hit back, very hard, on Yemen.
