This important milestone, supported by Twaweza East Africa,Mzalendo Trust and Network For Research and Governance in collaboration with the COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAKAMEGA is part of the civil society's efforts to support OGP at sub sub-national level.

Kakamega County has launched a call center that will enable citizens in the County to make calls to air their grievances. The launch took place on December 10th,2025 coincided with the launch of Sauti za Mwananchi survey conducted by @Twaweza_Kenya on Kakamega citizens'
