We wrapped up this week’s onboarding workshops for ASAL Cluster CACEG grantees from Kericho and Narok. Through the #HakiNiYetu project, we remain committed to strengthening grassroots efforts in democracy, gender equality, and environmental justice. #HakiNiYetu

Together with Siaya Widows Network, a #HakiNiYetu grantee working in Siaya, we have convened a Justice and Empowerment Forum for Widows to mark International Women’s Day. The forum brings together widows to speak about the challenges they face in their communities, including land rights, economic empowerment, and access to justice. These conversations are critical in ensuring that widows are not left behind in the fight for women’s rights. We are joined by National Government Administration Officers, @NGECKenya, and other duty bearers as we collectively push for #RightsJusticeAction for widows and all women.
