A look at how week one of the DadaHub residency program went down!! On the first day, @MouxDesign asked the room: who are you building for? Not a hypothetical user. A real one. The challenge: design a Bitcoin app for the Chama — a rotating savings system used by women across Africa. But first, talk to them. Participants interviewed real Chama users, mapped their journeys, and documented their fears. Pain points. Trust issues. Workarounds they've built over years. The output wasn't a prototype. It was understanding. Because the best UX in the world fails if you're solving the wrong problem. Research first.
