@ExideCare If a technician or dealer claims the battery is completely fine, i have the right to ask for a printout of the automated diagnostic report. It should show the exact Voltage and Cold Cranking Amps (CCA).

@ExideCare One Mr. Patil called from customer care .. only to tell me a person will come with meter and check the battery and take out a report now the question is what did the dealer do with my battery for 24 hrs .. why is not providing me a report …this means diagnoses not done..Shame!!

@narendramodi Sir .. a bank in front of house .. started a generator due to power cut at noon .. which was restored by evening (5:39 pm) … but the generator is still on … it’s 9:00pm bank closed no staff … nonsense to us but what waste of diesel .. tommorow the staff will return to shut..
