But is there actually any law that prevents anyone from recording or speaking to pressmen in a court room when the judge is not sitting? I can understand coming it in the angle of respect and upholding the dignity of the court but we have seen law enforcement officers in some jurisdictions storm into courtrooms and carry out arrests immediately judges rise. Genuinely curious to know. Are we pointing it out in the aspect of just respect or it’s a contempt or something? 🤔
