Two things I’ll say is that I believe they(DSS) saw those tweets but thought within them it’s not a ground for disqualification (for obvious reasons), hence why it’s still there.
Secondly, the best thing to be done is for him to step down for now and let proper investigation….

The problem is that, the tweets being arrogated to the INEC Chairman, the DSS ought to have found them years ago before anyone else and investigate it during his screening before his appointment. What is the essence of the security screening that they do? Or are they only functional against random citizens?

Unfortunately, he cannot be recognized as the ADC National Chairman. The implication of status quo ante bellum ordered by the Court of Appeal is to maintain the position before David Mark and his team took over from Nwosu's team, which is the continuous recognition of Nwoso's team as the national leaders of the party, until the Court decides whether their resignation was valid or not. Otherwise, it would amount to an injustice to the Mark's team and ultimately determining the substantive suit in favour of Nafiu.

The Appellant in this appeal would have gotten the desired result if the originating process (the Charge) was not signed.
In this case, plea was not taken. The appropriate order in the circumstances is retrial as ordered by the Court.

The legal aid has a Civil department. I know this because I served in that department at the Headquarters in Abuja some years ago.

We need to have legal aid for civil cases. A lot of businesses get away with a lot of rubbish because Nigerians are often not interested in being litigious.
