Speed matters. All my agent scripts need backoff logic to deal with 429s. Everything still designed for humans.

Writing an LLM-driven Harry Potter themed sorting hat app for a 10 (I mean 9 and 3/4) year old's birthday party. A few thoughts: 1. Two years ago this would have been a multi-month effort. 2. A year ago it would have required me to put my life on hold for two weeks. 3. In either case, the app would have remained unwritten. Too much effort. AI's not going to take our jobs. It's going to allow us to do things that would have previously been unreasonable.

Going for a new record. I'm now on day 4 of @claudeai responding to a single prompt, using Sonnet 😭. It's not terribly complex. I just have to wait hours for my token allocation to reset. One positive side-effect is that I finally got around to signing up for @perplexity_ai so I could continue to work.

It's becoming clear to me that I'm soon going to need an agent to manage my activity. I now work on so many threads in parallel that I drop things and get distracted throughout the day.

I don't mind chatting with robots, but we really need symbols to display next to display next to names so we know which is which.

Was feeling fine this morning until I opened Revolut and discovered I was poor.
