For the first time in over 50 years, humans are Moonbound. At 6:35 p.m. EDT (2235 UTC) NASA’s Space Launch System rocket and the Orion spacecraft lifted off from the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, sending four astronauts on a planned test flight around the Moon and back. go.nasa.gov/4tlRfRS

For this to be true, I would suspect that we'd need to somehow destroy their underground missile cities (not reachable with current munitions - even from the B2s), and also secure their enriched uranium. Both of those have not been done up until this point, therefore objectives have not been met. The war is not yet complete. I suspect today's announcement won't declare an end, and that we will likely see boots on the ground, in a surgical manner, to secure the uranium. The question is - how do they know where it is within Iran? I am not sure, but we will see tonight. I think we go red tomorrow but I hope I am wrong.

Clear objectives since day one.

@KeungTyler Correct. Gives Trump 100+ hours of time to do something crazy with no immediate market reactions to worry about. It's likely going to be an extraction of the uranium I'm thinking

Trump is gonna announce some BULLSHIT tonight. I can feel it in my bones. This thing isn’t ending anytime soon. I’m guessing we are going after Kharg Island or something dumb like that.

Tomorrow, we launch. At sunset tonight, Artemis II waits on the pad, ready to carry astronauts potentially farther than any humans have traveled in more than half a century. The next era of exploration begins.

With today's news that Mitsubishi Materials (MMC) is now an equity investor into ReElement, I do question how it affects the supposed value that EMCO held. EMCO was designed to be the e-waste supplier to ReElement through their partnership with ERI, Blackion, etc. MMC will likely pump their own e-waste into ReElement, for cheap, who will then sell purified oxdies to MMC - fully circular. EMCO will still scale, but I wonder how it stacks up compared to what we expect with this new MMC feedstock deal. I will need to try and figure it out, but this is not bad news. This news largely is majorly positive for $AREC so I bought a bit more this morning. Looking to purchase more after it cools off a bit.

$AREC just inked a strategic collab + investment with Japan’s Mitsubishi Materials. The deal advances circular supply chains for rare earths and critical minerals, combining U.S. feedstock sourcing/preprocessing with high-purity refining. Focus: reducing reliance on China via domestic + allied (US-Japan) production from end-of-life magnets, batteries, tailings, etc. Big for defense/tech supply security. Facility in Indiana ramping this year.

$AREC American Resources (NASDAQ:AREC), via its minority holding ReElement Technologies, announced a strategic collaboration and equity investment from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation on March 31, 2026. The partnership targets integrated, scalable rare earth and critical mineral refining across the United States and Japan, emphasizing feedstock sourcing, tolling, offtake, and commercialization of ReElement's chromatography-based refining platform. The agreement aims to expand domestic refining capacity, leverage MMC's recycling infrastructure in Japan, and advance a modular, lower-impact alternative to conventional solvent-based refining.

$AREC BREAKING Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that it has decided to make an investment in ReElement Technologies Corporation ("ReElement"), a company headquartered in Indiana, the U.S., engaged in the recycling of rare earth elements and other critical resources, through the acquisition of preferred shares of ReElement (the "Investment"), and has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") concerning Japan-U.S. collaboration in the field of rare earth and rare metal recycling. This matter constitutes a strategic investment made with a view to accelerating the global expansion of the Company's secondary smelting business, while also considering the creation of new resource circulation businesses in Japan, under the basic policy of becoming a company committed to "creating the future through resource circulation," as set forth in the Company's Mediumterm Management Strategy (FYE March 2027-2029).
