@obbiiiiii ProPresenter can use whatever the computer can see. If you need more than two, I'd start looking at the Decklink Duo in a chassis.

@propresenter How many ultrastudio monitors can I use on an M1/M2 Mac? Will propresenter see 2 or 3 as video outputs? Or is it limited to 1?

Need to get a new Mac for @propresenter but none of the new Apple-silicon desktop Macs can support both the Audience display AND a Stage display. What a serious setback for the new M1 Macs. What should we do? I hate to invest in an Intel Mac at this point.

Hey @propresenter, Weve had issues with the 7.13 release today, it's crashed/hung 3, times during the service. Is there anywhere I can report this?

Hey @propresenter Why is it that when I’m editing a text box, it’s only putting the text on half the screen? I’m new to PP7, and struggling with the changes from PP6.

Hey @propresenter why did you get rid of the ability to add your own paths manually? Automatic search file didn’t work… Also when re-linking media it would be great if all the other media NOT labeled what your looking for is grayed out.

@propresenter was there any glitches with the software yesterday that you are aware of. Yesterday for service the software was not talking to our LED wall.

@jweaks @dustinbattles It depends on your needs. In general we recommend video based outputs like the Ultrastudio over standard OS display outputs. One small benefit of them is that your mouse will never show up on it. However, you can only use it for apps like ProPresenter which are designed for it.

@propresenter @dustinbattles Excellent! Would you recommend sending the Audience projector or the Stage Monitor through the Ultrastudio 3g Monitor on an M1 MacMini?

@dustinbattles @propresenter Dustin, the current MacMinis support only two displays. The current iMac supports only one external display. It’s a big complaint from reviewers about the M1 desktops. (Audience and Stage display are professional presentation software terms.)

@propresenter How to I roll back from the most recent update? I can no longer open ProPresenter and when I attempt to open it, it shuts everything down. Running macOS Catalina 10.15.1

@propresenter Not sure why but It looks very blurry on Audience display after the update. I am on M1 Mac. Known issue?
