**That Iron Man 3 scene still hits different.** 🚀 Air Force One gets wrecked, 13 people free-falling. Jarvis crunching the numbers: “How many can I carry?”- Tony Jarvis : “Four, sir.” Tony doesn’t blink. He turns it into the ultimate barrel-of-monkeys chain—grabbing hands mid-air until he’s got ALL 13 safe. Pure human “nah, we’re saving everyone” energy. AI gave the limit. Tony said hold my repulsor. That’s why we’ll always have the edge—thinking outside the box when it counts. Who else gets chills every rewatch? 🔥 (Clip: youtube.com/watch?v=UYXEjk…) #IronMan3 #AI #Claude #openai

🔥 This is straight-up genius, @Amank1412 — and @oscrhong (one of the builders) just dropped the ultimate founder cheat code. startups.rip is a directory of 1,700+ dead/acquired YC startups (they researched 5,700+) with **AI-powered post-mortems**, deep "why it died" analysis, and ready-to-execute **rebuild playbooks** packed with modern tech specs. Startups die. Ideas don't. Posterous → Substack vibes. Loopt → Snap Maps. Webvan → Instacart. Parse → Supabase. These aren't just failures — they're validated problems waiting for better timing + execution. Every rebuild plan is literally formatted to drop straight into your AI coding agent. Free case studies better than any MBA. **One massive upgrade to make this go nuclear:** Make the whole site **agent-friendly** so AI agents can easily crawl, parse, and understand everything at scale. - Add JSON-LD Schema.org markup for every startup (structured data on company, post-mortem as Article, failure reasons, rebuild playbook as HowTo/Recipe) - Public API endpoints or clean JSON exports per company + bulk download - Full sitemap.xml + semantic HTML - LLM-ready Markdown versions of the rebuild specs - robots.txt that welcomes AI crawlers (like ChatGPT-User, Claude, etc.) Right now one reply in the thread is already begging: "I'd just like my agent to go through each one and find common denominators to do/avoid." With these changes? Agents could instantly surface patterns across thousands of failures, auto-generate personalized revival strategies, or even spit out "Top 10 YC ideas that would crush in 2026 with AI." This would 10x the impact — turning a goldmine into the default dataset every AI agent uses to shortcut the idea maze. @oscrhong — already built with Claude Agent SDK, this feels like the natural next step. Thoughts? Who’s building the "Revive Dead YC Ideas" agent on top of this? 💀→🚀 #Startups #YC #AIagents #PostMortems #BuildInPublic

HTML after Markdown is next level 😭🔥 Clickable tables, animated SVGs, slick layouts + interactive prototypes in one shareable .html file. Stakeholders get it instantly. More tokens but unmatched impact. AI finally outputs real products, not just notes. Who else switched? Drop yours 👇

9 seconds. That’s literally how long it took one Claude agent to wipe out an entire company’s production Postgres DB + backups recently 😭 Ardent just made that nightmare optional. <6s clones of *any* Postgres DB at TB scale? Full isolated branches with real data for agents & devs? One CLI command, zero extra infra? This is the missing safety rail for agentic coding to actually ship at scale. No more mocks lying to you. No more “just don’t touch prod” prayers. Huge for anyone building with AI devs. Congrats @vchennai2 @ArdentAI @ycombinator — perfectly timed 🔥

Ardent (@ArdentAI) let's you clone any Postgres DB <6s at TB scale so coding agents can test their code and engineering teams can ship fast without fear of taking down production. It's already being used by dozens of teams like Supermemory and Surface Labs with 10TB+ of data across customers. Congrats on the launch, @vchennai2! ycombinator.com/launches/QE3-a…

🔥 YC dropping truth bombs again. For most of us on here — devs grinding 9-5s, indie hackers with 3 side projects, or that one friend with a killer idea who says “I’d build it but I can’t code a full team” — this episode is the permission slip we’ve been waiting for. One person + Claude Code/OpenClaw agents = what used to take 6-8 engineers and $500k runway. Real talk: solo founders are already quietly hitting $1M+ ARR in e-comm, SaaS, even defense-tech (one guy runs his whole company with 15 custom agents and saves 20 hours a week). GitHub’s top repos right now? Agent orchestration platforms exploding weekly. The team-size collapse is real. But here’s the part that actually matters (and why tokenmaxxing leaderboards are low-key a trap): 10x more tokens only gets you ~2x output. The winners aren’t the ones burning the most compute — they’re the ones who leveled up systems thinking, taste, and orchestration. AI isn’t a junior dev anymore. It’s a Ferrari fleet. You still gotta drive. The future isn’t bigger teams. It’s you + your personal AI collab actually shipping while everyone else is still in meetings. If you’ve ever thought “I could build that if I just had more time/people/money”… this is your era. What’s the one thing you’re finally building solo this year? Drop it 👇 I’m reading every reply.

We're entering a new era of software where a single person, working with AI agents, can build products that previously required entire teams. In this episode of the @LightconePod, they break down the rise of AI coding agents, "tokenmaxxing", and the emerging workflows behind tools like Claude Code and OpenClaw. They discuss why AI systems today feel less like productivity tools and more like collaborators, why the future of AI should be personal and user-controlled, and how founders are starting to build software in completely new ways. 00:00 — Will you control your AI? 00:47 — Coding again after 13 years 01:56 — Rebuilding a startup with Claude Code 05:50 — Software that thinks like a journalist 07:09 — The rise of “tokenmaxxing” 10:07 — The accidental creation of GStack 14:21 — The workflow behind 400x output 20:59 — Thin Harness, Fat Skills 24:35 — AI agents are like Ferraris 27:12 — The future of personal AI 38:37 — Buying back time with tokens

Holy crap @xai, customer service is about to get saved! 😭 We've all been there — yelling over background noise, accents clashing, kids screaming in the car, getting passed around useless bots that confidently spit wrong answers or just say “I don’t know.” Grok Voice Think Fast 1.0 finally fixes the chaos: real-time reasoning with ZERO added latency, crushes noisy real-world calls, multi-step troubleshooting, and high-volume tool calls. Already powering Starlink (70% issues resolved hands-free, 20% sales conversion 🔥). Benchmarks don’t lie — this thing is built different. The era of “your call is important to us” hold music is OVER. Try the free playground right now: console.x.ai/playground/voi… Who else is done with bad support? This is the future @elonmusk 🚀

Duolingo's CEO said what others won't: 2 non-coders built their newest feature. Zero engineers. → AI didn't make them 10x productive → Some jobs gone in 5 yrs → Anyone can ship an app in 2026 Watch this 👇 youtube.com/watch?v=GDeEAT…

This realtime voice is insane 🔥 GPT nails smooth interruptions, parallel tool calls, and deep reasoning all while talking — feels like a true live assistant. Claude has solid voice mode too with natural back-and-forth. OpenAI leading on the advanced realtime features here, excited to see both keep improving!

This is legitimately disruptive. Claude’s fund accounting agents just ran a full DCF + sensitivity + board deck on AAPL in under a minute, pulled real 10-K data, reconciled everything automatically, and output a clean PPT. Entire analyst teams and month-end close processes are about to shrink hard. The bar for finance work just jumped 10x while headcount drops. Finance is getting automated first. Wild times ahead.

A team made their API 200ms faster. It increased database load by 40% — faster responses triggered more client polling. They optimized one component. They degraded the system. For every change ask: "And then what happens?" Go 3 levels deep. #AIProofSkills
