My (craziest) theory on TRUMP: Throughout history, in stable eras, one official set of money has worked well. But in historical periods of weakened central authority and/or during civil wars, emperors would often launch their own coins. These coins would proliferate if the emperor rose in power. You can see this story across Rome, Greece, Byzantine, Medieval Europe, China, and more... I don't know if this was the plan from Day One but with $TRUMP at $25 billion I doubt this thought hasn't crossed his mind. History repeats, and the history nerd in me can't stop thinking about this.
