@jjohnston032 Agreed - can't understand why a bigger issue is being made of the hooker standing in the field of play throwing it in, than this and the Murphy hit - one has no real impact on the game, the other 2 have the possibility to have lifelong consequences

Astounded that this was missed on Saturday. Complete incompetence from the refereeing team, especially since there was a break in play straight after and Hendi had to go off! Hopefully he makes full recovery asap!

The more you see this the worse it gets. Tucked shoulder, no wrap, clear head contact and player has to leave the field. When a player suffers a head injury as the result of a collision what's the thought process that leads to this not even being reviewed? Player welfare eh!

Maybe the fact it was the Ulster captain who was down injured counted against Ulster - he wouldn't interact with anyone else - certainly not O'Toole!

@rickylutton Think you know the answer to that Ricky - player safety- it’s improved but nowhere near perfect yet. The ref missed a few - not expecting him to get them all but TMO - assistant refs must do better -

@sharnehawkins I think he had a clear plan to try and speed the game up,back his own judgement & avoid the tmo where necessary-which is to be applauded.
However,when a player suffers a clear impact to the head and the game is stopped,not sure how there's a reason not to check the incident...
