New Taigun facelift prices out and they are pretty good value. Also 3 year buyback with 75 percent value for 3 year under 30k km

@SomChaterji Duster is likely to get a 5 star, seltos already got it with level 2 adas. Even with better build ,chances of survival is always higher if your can avoid it.

@SomChaterji They have no USP , their performance engine is available only in top trims. I don't see a reason to choose these over Duster or even seltos at this point .

@saaaanjjjuuu They have had flagship SoC every year. I have a OnePlus pad 2. Top notch. Except for the black bars in videos due weird aspect ratio.

@saaaanjjjuuu Their last gen oneplus pad 3 touched 50k. With the increase in ram and storage prices , this could touch 60k(or more) at that price point OLED is must. Else not worth it. They need to fix their weird aspect ratio.

@volklub 1.5L engine is limited to top variants. With Duster and Seltos offering turbo petrol at lower price point. Seltos ,creta and Sierra have Diesel option as well .

With the new Taigun not getting a strong base variant, it is evident that Skoda India wants to hold an edge for better customer reach with Kylaq and strong Kushaq variants under ₹14 lakh. With this approach, it might lead to a slow death for VW India. They don’t have distinctly differentiated products like Kia and Hyundai that attract a different set of customers. This doesn’t look good for VW India in 2026 with cut throat competition and lousy marketing. If Slavia is also priced aggressively to neutralise Virtus, then VW’s days could be numbered.
