@Contestant456 @queen__valerie_ @Bederowlaw So many instances of tainted/nonsensical jurors in Massachusetts…. Bench trial is the only way to get a fair verdict. The entire trial-by-jury system needs to be revamped. Social media has made juries and jury pools extinct.

@ritsmith @queen__valerie_ @Bederowlaw Coakley and Bradl Know people both were well known prosecutors. Hell Coakley ran for governor .They didn’t select to go to a bench trial as a last resort. You might be right though Rich. Maybe they are thinking down the road of appeal.

@ritsmith @queen__valerie_ @Bederowlaw Bench trials can surprise you. Judges can be unpredictable. I had a case I was a state witness years ago in Middlesex. It was pretty cut and dry assault .We still got the guilty but the sentencing imposed was light .
