People are laughing at him, mocking him, taking joy in his downfall. I bet it sucks. You know what sucks worse? Having your baby taken away from you, getting shot in the chest, losing your job and being thrown in jail. He's not the victim. His scorn is earned.

My thoughts on the Kelsey Fitzsimmons case after day 1- I feel as though Officer Noonan had reason to believe his life was in danger, and responded accordingly. There is no evidence to support him shooting her for any other reason… other than a perceived threat.

i dont... question i have is inflammatory but if you want to tale your own life im scared of you having your baby. The other side is a zero but if your child isnt enough to make you want to live and raise then you are not capable of making good decisions anymore. That being said mental illness comes in many forms and we all have breaking points but ive lost friends to suicide.. Its a very selfish thing

I keep seeing chatter about Bradl not going hard enough today and even worse, that he did a bad job.. and I have got to say, I respectfully disagree! Think about the layout of witnesses they (the CW) presented today .. they no doubt were hoping for a jury trial IMO, and since she decided, with only days notice, to do a bench trial, there was only so much rearranging they could do after all the prep they already did. So their 1st 3 witnesses were supposed to set the scene “day of” and leading up to.. not for the truth, not for any other reason, other than discrediting her to the jury they had hoped to have. They were hoping to use the 1st witness to speak on her state of mind “day of” and give credit to the police and their handling of the scene, the second witness to paint her as aggressive and irrational leading up to “day of” and then Justin coming in like the Choir boy with his “green beret dreams” .. these people REALLY wanted to paint her as a monster and him like a saint.. in hopes to win over the jury they were hoping to have. The fact Bradl was able to cut them off 2nd witness, by getting the judge to not allow her to speak about the Jack and Jill party.. that RUINED a major part of their plan!! IMO BRAVO Bradl.. I see you sir! ⚖️💜🤌🏼
