So you're just sitting there, sipping some ice tea in the afternoon, drawing down on a tight joint, enjoying things...and you see a boat arrive. Right out your back yard. Giant huge boat, dwarfing everything else in your vision. This giant yuge boat is filled with every kind of depression, disruption, disease, disturbance, suffering, and emotional and physical pain. Time passes. You cope. You deal with the suffering. However. It is dominating your life, and you broadcast that to all around you. Maybe you don't do well with the suffering. Maybe you rebel and try to push it on others, thus driving away the people in your life. Maybe. It all hurts all the time, every which way. No matter where you look, there you are, hurting. It makes you hard. You get an 'attitude'. More time passes. Scars form. They harden, some become visible. Pain abates, slightly. Then one day, you look out, and the giant yuge boatload of pain is leaving...it's fading off into the distance. You notice a kayak in its place. Single person. There is a small package wrapped up in many layers of oiled skins tied with a hard knot in tough cord laying on the seat. That package is wisdom. It's what the ontology will provide you for your pain. Don't seek it. Ask those who have it. They will warn you. But if it is offered, always pick it up & start worrying the knot. It will take you some time. It's worth it. Oh, and the kayak is yours as well. Such is this body's Life.

Modest proposal: a progressive taxation model on companies where the more they make, the more they pay. It’s amazing that people believe taxing individuals is the only way to even the starting line. Progressive corporate taxation would have a much more enduring effect.
