@jzZzo_O I have marks on my inner thighs and hips but you can never fully make them dissapear though vitamin d and exfoliation helped with some of the discoloration for me. you have to help your skin regenerate basically but they never go away fully....

@miserabled0ll Ah also like... i suggest breaking your fast with a littile bit of liquid protein and slowly refeeding yourself, if it gets too hard dont push yourself cause 72 hours is really extreme. I suggest turning it into a liquid fast if it gets too hard and you feel bad

@miserabled0ll Certain sweeteners can reset your fat burning mode since they mimic sugar and your insulin goes up. Coke light (not zero) is the best option if you want to drink something else besides water. Also dont forget to get your electrolytes, sparkling spring water helps a ton :3
