Being a good software developer and becoming important by an accident is a nightmare. I may be considered one of the best devs on the team, but that doesn't matter at all, I earn as much as others, but just end up working more.

@niyabits Untill you hit its limitation then you understand its just a text model that learned what to say given a context, at the end, software isnt memorizing words, plus nowadays it costs a lot with no actual productivity investment
