Chose to ship my @Sephora order instead of store pickup for the Rouge Diff sunglasses and they were OOS for my order 😭. My instant gratification is unsatisfied
@Sephora has the worst customer service. I never received my package. They won't do anything about it because the delivery company says it was delivered to The correct address. I have never experienced a company so unhelpful.

@Sephora Some sale if all you do is lose packages, and offer no solution. I have yet to get a reply back from customer service. I’ve reviewed the delivery confirmation many times as well. Do better

Sucks when stores take away points when you don’t use them up by a certain time. Like I was saving them for something better. 😩 Recently found out that Sephora did that to me. @Sephora

@Sephora offers a same day delivery service that costs 49 dollars annually and can’t even have your products delivered the same day! Make it make sense?! Why are your customers paying for an unreliable service?
If you ever chat to @Sephora agents for a refund make sure you take screenshots 😭 the first two lied and i was gonna let it go but i tried one last time just for the girl yesterday to tell me they never initiated
@Sephora i put an order for same day delivery and use the code FREETODAY and order went through.. a couple orders i got notification that order was cancel but the system auto corrected it but it too the delivery promo off and charge me for it!

@Sephora this is how my 2100.00 order arrived today with designer items. No packing materials and NO packing slip to take inventory. I opened 3 HE items to make sure they weren’t broken. How they survived I will never know. I called customer service and nothing! Upset #rouge
