Hey @Sephora…left a location in Charlottesville VA and, as 55 year old CEO with disposable income, had the worst customer experience ever. You may want to expand your aging hair and face line. I was ready to spend, and was totally ignored. So disappointed with service & products

Trying to get a replacement @Sephora card and they ask who else is on the account I said idk if my husband is on or not I opened the account 6 yrs ago they said well that’s not an answer and we can’t help you because you don’t have the security questions 🤦🏻‍♀️. .. WHT THE FU@k!! And someone has to call me back in 3-5 days to verify me from commenity bank but I was just speaking to comentity bank 🤦🏻‍♀️FU@K I’m so confused Sephora. Just bought a couple items @Sephora The customer service is severely lacking. 3 associates were standing around talking about concerts etc etc very loudly. Meanwhile I stand there trying to figure out if I want to purchase a very expensive foundation. No help at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️
