@Sephora two extremely rude managers at your short hills, nj location refused to accept a return of an item that is not my skin shade and suggested i “donate” the item. i don’t appreciate such poor customer service and nasty racist attitudes from a store i spend $$ on.

Ok stupidity is a harsh word but good god I can’t deal w stupidity. Trying to get a replacement @Sephora card and they ask who else is on the account I said idk if my husband is on or not I opened the account 6 yrs ago they said well that’s not an answer and we can’t help you because you don’t have the security questions 🤦🏻‍♀️. .. WHT THE FU@k!! And someone has to call me back in 3-5 days to verify me from commenity bank but I was just speaking to comentity bank 🤦🏻‍♀️FU@K I’m so confused Sephora. Not to be rude but FFS can we get people who speak English or at least understand English please!! I mean I’m ready to pay the card off shut it down. And I deal with this knowing I can only shop online WE DON’T HAVE A STAND ALONE SEPHORA @comenitybank @Sephora

Just bought a couple items @Sephora The customer service is severely lacking. 3 associates were standing around talking about concerts etc etc very loudly. Meanwhile I stand there trying to figure out if I want to purchase a very expensive foundation. No help at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Sephora my family and I went on a trip to Texas. My son purchased 2 bottles of cologne from your Katy Mills Store. He just looked at his receipt for the first time and see that they charge him twice for one of the bottles. He paid for 3 but only received 2 bottles.
