@Sephora has the worst customer service. I never received my package. They won't do anything about it because the delivery company says it was delivered to The correct address. I have never experienced a company so unhelpful.

@ONCustServ I'm sending back my entire order. I'm so annoyed that this has happened again that I don't want any of the items. Neither solution is time effective.
