Tech friends. I'm a Zoom girl but I've got to run a session in @Teams and record it. Have done three tests and all the recordings show LOADING where the slides should be. One help desk said try doing it online and not the desk app. Same story. What am I doing wrong?

Is pet insurance a scam? Bought @RogzInsurance, it became Petsure by @Hollard, now @dotsure. They're paying me less than 50% vet costs & substantially less than their policy implies. Advice? Cancel and get a new one or are they all the same?
