The purpose of laws are to restrain the government, not the citizens or taxpayers: "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Using the machinery of constitutional law to force taxpayers to educate great masses of foreigners at public expense is an incomprehensible imposition and a kind of forced charity that no one voted for. If you want to educate Guatemalans, go there and use your own money to do it.

SCOTUS said that undocumented children count as “people” under 14th Am and get protection so if some kids get free school then undocumented kids do too unless state can show good reason why

No one is banning these children from going to school. They just have to pay for it themselves. The language you use to lie to yourself has mislead you so badly that you can't even create an accurate hypothetical!! We're treating them differently because they're illegals who need to be remigrated.
