That's coming not across in the text. The purpose of laws are to restrain the government, not the citizens or taxpayers:

SCOTUS said that undocumented children count as “people” under 14th Am and get protection so if some kids get free school then undocumented kids do too unless state can show good reason why

No one is banning these children from going to school. They just have to pay for it themselves. The language you use to lie to yourself has mislead you so badly that you can't even create an accurate hypothetical!! We're treating them differently because they're illegals who need to be remigrated.

@dfossier @malmesburyman No, equal protection is about the level of justification you need to treat classes of people differently under the law. It’s fair to presume that any unequal treatment is injurious, which is why the burden then shifts to show why ≠ treatment serves the public interest

Education is a universal good. If you don’t pay for it up front you pay for it in other, worse ways

Fox News has learned that the Commander of the 82nd Airborne Division Maj Gen Brandon Tegtmeier and his “command element,” members of his headquarters staff, have been ordered to deploy to the Middle East as the Pentagon and White House weigh whether to send the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East for possible land operations.
There has been speculation that the US would use ground forces to possibly take Kharg Island or for other missions inside Iran. This would be a first step needed to plan for such a contingency.
NYT was first to report yesterday that the Pentagon was weighing whether to send the 82nd Airborne.
