@MoHU_En Must have been a different experience for the residents. For everyone else using @Motawif_SA it was a nightmare for them. Never got my refund for the overcharge. I don't know how @MoHU_En can go about their business knowing so many people were scammed.

@Motawif_SA I was told you'd offer alternative dates as you couldn't keep to the original dates. I don't even know what the new days are going to be. If you say fly out this weekend, we can't just get up and go. Can you let me know whether I can go or not?

@Motawif_SA Are you guys serious. Putting non Mahrams together? Ripping people off £12k/pax. Still shared. While capacity is 1/3. So why this chaos of space? Or the only influentials got their hotels listed to rob us. Portal was to make hajj cheaper. Isn't it.?

@Motawif_SA How does a package fail after paying for it? You made the package available to book because it was available. Now you're not saying nothing is available or giving an alternative. Are you going to say on last flight day that nothing is available?

#Motawif Assalamu alaykum Can you please tell us if we have booked our own flight, can we go at different dates to the package. Eg. If the package is booked for 3 weeks, can we stay for 2 weeks. Can you please make a general statement so we know where we stand?

@asadronate101 @Motawif_SA What if the dates are completely different? I have booked flights based on my original dates. So much uncertainty! Why can't you send a detailed email explaining what to expect.

@Motawif_SA I've received an email like a lot of people saying your booking will be honoured. It's been 72 hours and no update. Based on my original package, I'm supposed to fly out on 25th. I've got a package without flight as well. Please advice.

@seifusher @Motawif_SA @UKinSaudiArabia Don't understand if you're still offering packages to newly selected applicants why is my booking and other people's paid booking rejected? It's almost 3 days and I'm still waiting for my failed booking to be confirmed.

Update: UK applicants for Hajj please note that the @Motawif_SA team are working to complete outstanding requests and address both payment and booking issues. All applicants should be contacted by the Motawif team within the next 72 hours. @UKinSaudiArabia
