John 8:44 records Jesus speaking to a specific group of his Jewish opponents during a theological debate, not a blanket statement about all Jews or Judaism as a religion. It was a rhetorical condemnation of unbelief and opposition to Jesus, not a description of Jewish worship. Clearly you’ve read the bible. Unfortunately you don’t know how to understand it.
