We're hiring our first five founding engineers. Full time. You'd move into a house with us in SF and we'd build the company there.
It's @laminalabs (YC P26). We're making video infrastructure for LLMs.
Reply with the best thing you've built. If it's a fit, I'll slide into your DMs, send your resume and the exceptional things you've done there.

i feel for you man, when I used to smoke I never cared about where i was smoking(it was like eating, i dont care if other people are eating beside me)
but now that I have quit, I honestly think smokers take other people's air for granted
Pranjal Soni@pranjalsoni_

@WrassleSwitch there is one case of shadown ban which is kinda subjective, we don't really know how it works
in that case its possible that your mentions don't work as well as you think they should, but in general mentions should show up as notif always
English

@LuyunoworkLyu hey man great going, would you be open to testing reachbleed.com
English

@SunnyxxSingh All the best man, shameless plug but giving it for free: reachbleed.com hope it can help you somehow
English

hi, I'm Sunny 👋 finally taking X seriously so here's a quick intro
> 31, Birmingham UK,
> spent the last few years as a high-ticket sales closer, did ~$200K last year
> now building an AI agency from zero, in public, no safety net
> automations + apps for small business owners who want to run leaner
> gym, clean eating (i try), mildly obsessed with systems
the angle: I made real money selling, now I'm a total beginner learning AI and documenting every win and faceplant along the way
if you're into AI, sales or building in public, drop a comment or say hi, always up to cOnNeCt

@i_am_chayyy its crazy that you are on both my YT timeline and X timeline

I grew my app from $0 → $3,000 almost entirely through Reddit in 4 months.
$0 spent on marketing budget
Just understanding how Reddit actually works and getting users organically.
I’m taking 3 tech startups each month to help them build their presence on Reddit organically.
If you’re interested, comment or DM me

English

@LuyunoworkLyu i think X is better for a personal connection and long term relations, reddit is better for connecting with real people with pain(mass)
both are important, if you need help on X: reachbleed.com might help
English

@tibo_maker but how do you scale it from 0? that seems like the real moat/deal with building things
English

I grew to $1m MRR without inventing a single original idea
Revid: AI video tools exist
Outrank: SEO tools exist
SuperX: X growth tools exist
every product I built competes in a market that was already crowded
and that's the whole strategy
most new founders hunt for new, untapped markets, but I do the opposite
I go where competition is brutal, because crowded means the demand is already proven
but copying alone gets you nowhere - the real game is knowing which corner of the market to take 👀
tomorrow's newsletter: why copying is smarter than innovating, the man who had 8/10 hit products, and the 3 step framework for finding your corner of business
