@whodatt88@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb this is so true. Why risk your trip to when you dont get the support you need or even have a true representation of the listing if there is a loophole for hosts to remove negative reviews..
@ssssl604@AirbnbHelp Something similar has happened to me too. They didn't even consider my side of the story or ask for any evidence I had to prove my side. I guess @AirbnbHelp@Airbnb sticks to the motto "Guilty until proven innocent." And even then you can't make your case argument.
@AirbnbHelp highly disappointed by the response and help from your support team. I guess Airbnb protects superhost even though they provide false documentation to remove suboptimal reviews. Ashame that booking superhost could be unreliable as well. I'll stick to hotels thanks!
@AirbnbHelp I did with my previous tweet but the whole investigation is one sided! no one asked me for anything on my end and all you guys did was relied on whatever proof he provided which was likely photoshopped. The end result, you guys closed the case. Superhost = 🤑..I get it 🤔

@AirbnbHelp I got a review removed after our stay and your agent is not being helpful at helping me understand the specific reason. Seems like a one sided move 🤔. Why is it so hard to get a detailed answer? can someone help?
