My grandson came home yesterday and told his mum that they had a lesson on muslims, and their religion in school that day. Today, my family decided that as Christians, catholics, and with Jewish relatives as well as women's rights activists aplenty within our family, this was not appropriate, needed, or wanted. Monday, the head teacher will have a complaint she never imagined, she will never forget and will never wish repeated.

@ScottishSuffra1 We were taught about all religions at school in the 1970s and 80s. We had hymns & say prayers forced upon us, though by then I had already decided that religion was not for me.

You seem to know a lot about dinosaurs. I did back when I was a kid when I had a major interest. We called the long necked vegetarian ones Brontosaurus. There was a real skeleton of one I saw in Exhibition Park in Los Angeles years ago. Very exciting. Knowledge has grown and names have changed. I can imagine you enjoyed Jurassic Park films.
